Explanation

Sign 3.4 "No trucks" stands past the intersection at the start of the road straight ahead, so only going straight is prohibited for the truck. Sign 6.15.2 "Direction for trucks" merely recommends a route when trucks are banned in some direction, so right, left and a U-turn are allowed (Rules, signs 3.4 and 6.15.2).
