Sign 2.6 "Priority for oncoming traffic" prohibits entering the narrow section if this could hinder oncoming traffic and requires giving way to vehicles approaching it from the opposite side. If crossing the bridge does not obstruct the motorcyclist, you may cross it (Rules, sign 2.6).
