Explanation

You are on the main road (sign 2.1), but the 8.13 plate shows that it turns right at the intersection. When the main road changes direction, its drivers follow the equal-roads rule among themselves, so you give way to the car on your right. The truck and the motorcycle are on a secondary road and give way to you (Rules, points 97 and 98).
