Correct answer: Prohibited.

Explanation

U-turns are prohibited on bridges, overpasses and elevated roads, and also under them, and the visibility distance makes no difference. The 100 m condition is a separate ban for other places, so on a bridge a U-turn is never allowed, even with good visibility (Rules, point 50).
