Choose an answer to check yourself.
Answer and explanation
Correct answer: Road visibility and/or a visibility distance of up to 300 meters in fog, rain, snowfall, and/or other adverse weather conditions affecting road traffic safety.
Explanation
The Law ties insufficient visibility to the weather: visibility of the road and/or a distance of up to 300 m in fog, rain, snowfall or other bad weather. Darkness or missing street lighting on their own do not make visibility "insufficient" in this sense (Law, Article 2).
