Explanation

The Law equates with pedestrians a person with a disability moving at walking pace in a motorized wheelchair and a person wheeling a bicycle, moped or motorcycle, as well as people in non-motorized wheelchairs and people pulling or pushing a cart, sled, pram or wheelchair. So all the listed persons count as pedestrians (Law, Article 2).
