Correct answer: Quadricycles with a motorcycle-type seating position or motorcycle-type handlebars.

Explanation

The Law treats as motorcycles tricycles of up to 400 kg unladen with an engine of up to 15 kW, and also quadricycles with a motorcycle-type seat or handlebars. The tricycle wording here leaves out the power limit, and all-terrain quad bikes are a separate category that may not be used on public roads (Law, Article 2).
