Answer and explanation

Correct answer: Straight ahead, to the left, and by making a U-turn.

Explanation

The lane signs 5.15.2 hang over the lanes, and the one over your left edge lane shows straight ahead and left. A 5.15.2 sign that allows a left turn from the leftmost lane also allows a U-turn from it, so going straight, turning left and U-turning are all permitted (Rules, sign 5.15.2).
