Explanation

Signs 3.1–3.3, 3.18.1, 3.18.2 and 3.19 do not apply to public transport vehicles. Of the four signs shown, only 3.3 "No motor vehicles" is on that list. Signs 3.28 "No parking", 3.29 "No parking on odd days of the month" and 3.27 "No stopping" apply to public transport vehicles too, because the exemptions for these signs do not list them (Rules, sign 3.3).
