Correct answer: Straight ahead only.

Explanation

The controller has his left side to you and his right arm forward, which allows all directions, but other requirements still apply. Sign 5.7.2 shows the crossing road is one-way, with traffic moving to the left, so a right turn would go against it. A left turn must be made from the left edge lane, and you are in the right lane. Only straight ahead remains (Rules, points 16 and 40).
