Explanation

Sign 5.15.1 shows that from the right lane, where you are, only a right turn is allowed, and straight and left are for the left lane. So going straight from this lane is banned, not only while the main signal is red but also after it turns green. The arrow section points to the right as well (Rules, sign 5.15.1; points 7 and 8).
