Correct answer: Prohibited.

Explanation

The red car has its left indicator on to overtake the truck, but the overtaking would take place at an intersection. Overtaking at intersections is prohibited: sign 2.1 "Main road" doesn't change that, and neither does the speed of the vehicle being overtaken (Rules, point 77, subpoint 1).
