Correct answer: Straight ahead only.

Explanation

Sign 4.1.1 "Straight ahead" allows driving only along its arrow up to the nearest intersection; the only exception is a right turn into yards, and this yard is on the left. Sign 6.3.1 "U-turn place" also prohibits left turns, and 4.1.1 doesn't allow a U-turn because it doesn't allow a left turn (Rules, signs 4.1.1 and 6.3.1).
