Correct answer: No.

Explanation

Without markings on a two-way road, the left half of the roadway's width counts as the oncoming side. At 7 m wide that leaves 3.5 m per direction, so driving along the center would put you partly on the oncoming side. Traffic keeps right even when no one is coming (Rules, points 2 and 52).
