Sign 3.27 "No stopping" applies from where it stands to the nearest intersection, here the side road on the left announced by sign 2.3.3. Point A by the sign lies inside that zone, so stopping is banned there. Point B is past that junction, where the ban has ended, so stopping is allowed (Rules, sign 3.27).
