Sign 2.1 shows you are on the main road, and the oncoming tram is on it too, turning left across your path. At an intersection a tram has priority over non-rail vehicles moving on a road of equal status in the same or the opposite direction, whatever way the tram goes. So you must let it pass (Rules, points 96 and 100).
