Explanation

The controller's arms are lowered and both cars approach from his side. From his left and right sides non-rail vehicles may only go straight or turn right; turning left is prohibited. The red car in the right-hand lane may go straight or turn right, while the blue-yellow one in the left lane may only go straight (Rules, points 16 and 40).
