Correct answer: Prohibited.

Explanation

Under sign 3.20 "No overtaking" you may overtake only slow-moving vehicles, horse-drawn carts, two-wheeled motorcycles without a sidecar, mopeds and bicycles. A truck is not one of them, and its current speed doesn't matter: the "Slow-moving vehicle" identification sign is for vehicles with a manufacturer-set maximum speed of 30 km/h (Rules, sign 3.20, Form No. 3).
