Sign 3.22 "No overtaking by trucks" does not apply to motorcycles, cars, buses and trucks with a maximum authorized mass up to 3.5 t. A 3 t truck may overtake the tractor under the general overtaking rules, and the tractor's speed is not a condition (Rules, sign 3.22).
