Meaning

When signs 3.29 and 3.30 are used together, vehicles are moved from one side of the road to the other between 19:00 and 21:00. The sign does not apply to vehicles driven by persons with a group I or II disability or with a profound or severe functional limitation, or carrying such a person or a child with the status of a child with a disability, to special postal service vehicles with a color scheme, or to “taxi” cars with the meter switched on. The sign applies only to the side of the road on which it is installed. The sign applies from the place where it is installed to the nearest intersection beyond it, and in built-up areas with no intersection, to the end of the built-up area. Its effect is not interrupted at U-turn places and gaps in the median strip, or at exits from areas adjacent to the road and crossings of (junctions with) field, forest and other secondary roads, unless corresponding signs are installed before them. The zone of effect may be shortened with plate 8.2.2 “Zone of effect”, or with plate 8.2.3 “Zone of effect” at the end of the zone of effect of these signs.

3.29 և 3.30 նշանների միաժամանակյա կիրառման դեպքում տրանսպորտային միջոցները ճանապարհի մի կողմից մյուսը տեղափոխվում են ժամը 19.00 - 21.00-ի սահմաններում.Նշանի ազդեցությունը չի տարածվում I և II խմբի հաշմանդամություն կամ խորը և ծանր աստիճանի ֆունկցիոնալության սահմանափակում ունեցող անձանց կողմից ղեկավարվող կամ այդպիսի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի կամ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխայի կարգավիճակ ունեցող երեխա փոխադրող տրանսպորտային միջոցների վրա, ինչպես նաև գունագծապատկերներ ունեցող փոստային հատուկ կապի տրանսպորտային միջոցների, ինչպես նաև միացված հաշվիչով «տաքսի» ավտոմոբիլների վրա:Նշանի ազդեցությունը տարածվում է ճանապարհի միայն այն կողմի վրա, որտեղ դրանք տեղադրված են. Նշանի ազդեցությունը տարածվում է նշանի տեղադրման տեղից մինչև դրանից հետո գտնվող մոտակա խաչմերուկը, իսկ բնակավայրերում, խաչմերուկի բացակայության դեպքում, մինչև բնակավայրի վերջը: Նշանների ազդեցությունը չի ընդհատվում հետադարձի և բաժանարար գոտու խզման, ինչպես նաև ճանապարհներին մերձակա տարածքներից ելքի և դաշտային, անտառային և այլ երկրորդական ճանապարհների հատման (հարման) տեղերում, եթե դրանցից առաջ համապատասխան նշաններ տեղադրված չեն. նշանի համար ազդման գոտին կարող է նվազեցվել 8.2.2` «Ազդման գոտի» ցուցանակի կիրառմամբ կամ այդ նշանների ազդման գոտու վերջում 8.2.3` «Ազդման գոտի» ցուցանակով:
