3.9 «Հեծանիվներով երթևեկությունն արգելվում է»
արգելվում է մոպեդներով և հեծանիվներով երթևեկությունը. նշանը երկու ուղղությամբ էլ արգելում է համապատասխան տեսակի տրանսպորտային միջոցների երթևեկությունը:
