Explanation

At the roundabout sign 4.3 traffic goes only in the direction of the arrows, so driving round against the flow is banned. The right turn near sign 3.18.1 "No right turn" is banned too. Only entering the roundabout the right way is permitted (Rules, signs 4.3 and 3.18.1).
