Correct answer: Straight ahead, to the right, and by making a U-turn.

Explanation

Sign 3.2 "Traffic prohibited" bans all vehicles, and plate 8.3.2 "Directions of effect" (arrow to the left) under it shows that the sign, placed before the intersection, applies only to the left direction. So you may not go left, but you may go straight, turn right or head back in the opposite direction with a U-turn (Rules, signs 3.2 and 8.3.2).
